Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Engages and provides technical service and support to key customers
Business case development for technical service projects
Understands customer product application
Provides product recommendation and necessary technical support to Account Managers
Contributes to developing robust customer strategies to defend/grow IEO/Spl/Fuel Additives business in Asia Pacific Markets
Manages business and technical tasks with minimal guidance
Oversees customer focused technical service projects
Gains customer insight
Gathers market & competitive intelligence
Provides timely input to product line long term strategies and ensure compliance with all corporate and legal requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Chemistry, with knowledge of Internal combustion engines, Engine Oil/Industrial Oils applications and specifications
2-3 years’ experience in Lubricant or Additive business
Ability to understand complicated customer requirements, and converse with customers on specific engine and equipment needs
Good presentation skills, generate buy-in and alignment from key stakeholders, and ability to build a sense of shared purpose through effective communication with contributors and achieve goals
Effective written and oral communication in English, Planning, Strategic thinking, and Analytical skills
Relocation Options:
Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.
International Considerations:
Selected candidate will work in the Singapore under the local payroll system and benefits.
