Overview:
The HR Specialist will be part of the UK HR Support Team, providing UK HR support to both HR stakeholders and the UK business. The role will be responsible for all UK related HR operational processes that are not supported through HRSS Manila, which includes but is not limited to, time administration, local letters, payroll validation, termination activities and other UK based HR support.
Requirements:
Knowledge of UK HR policies and practices, with demonstrated experience of supporting and executing HR processes
Experience of SAP HR, in particular time administration elements of the system
A self-starter with a keen eye for detail
Ability to build relationships and networks particularly with key HR stakeholders such as HRSS Manila
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated ability to interact with various levels of leadership and provide excellent customer support
A team player with an ability to collaborate with others and take direction from multiple stakeholders
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and show initiative and adaptability
Relocation Options:
Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.
International Considerations:
Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
