Overview:
The Business Processing Group is responsible for the administration of contractual agreements and various marketing related programs between Chevron Products Company and its retailers, marketers, and franchise customers in accordance with the company standards and local, state and federal Laws. The Contract Administrator is a back-office function mainly focusing on Contract and Incentive Administration and Master Data Gate Keeping of the retailers and marketers within the Chevron Network.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Contract Administration
Work closely with Fuels Sales Team, Legal Team and Sr. Contract Administrator to ensure that these contracts and agreements meets the conditions or requirement of the deals
Review, generate and monitor all contracts and deal agreements for the North America Chevron retail network in accordance with the local, state and federal law from time of request up to its execution or completion.
Ensure that contract’s supporting documents are consistent and aligned with the Corporate and SOX guidelines
Manage and complete contract renewals of existing accounts
Incentives Administration
Review and timely process Incentive Programs as request by the Fuels Sales team
Ensure that the Incentive Program being created meets the detail of the deal based on the executed Incentive Agreement
SAP Master Data Maintenance:
Manage the accurate creation and update, including clean-up, of all SAP master data concerns
Resolve issues related to master data set-up in coordination with business partners
Perform internal controls and generate reports to comply with the guidelines and customer needs
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree holder
Minimum of 4 years' work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
Problem Solving skills: Ability to exercise critical thinking skills to identify root causes and implement solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills: Can effectively communicate to different levels in the organization and facilitate/present to different type of audiences
Organizational and Planning skills: Ability to manage priorities and work independently and with the team while producing quality work
Open to Nigh shift and/or shift schedule
Preferred Qualifications:
Awareness of Chevron retail business
SAP User or Administrator
Relocation Options:
Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.
International Considerations:
Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
