Chevron is accepting online applications for the Total Rewards Specialist position through January 3, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. PH Time.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Manages the compensation and benefits programs of the Manila Shared Services Center
Partners with Manila Shared Services HR & Total Rewards Center of Expertise (TR CoE) to evaluate competitiveness of the Manila Shared Services TR programs using benchmarking and analytics and implements new or updates to these programs
Serves as SME for compensation related activities and processes: market data analysis, salary planning, job analysis, job evaluations, etc.
Responsible for compensation knowledge transfer to the Shared Services Total Rewards Team with existing programs and when new initiatives are introduced
Serves as the next point of escalation for Manila Shared Services Center employees in regard to complex compensation and benefits issues that are resolved or forwarded to TR CoE
Required Qualifications:
At least 5 years relevant Total Rewards experience; preferably with proven leadership ability
Analytical & Problem Solving Skills
Strong understanding of Excel analytical tools
Collaboration, Communication and Influencing
